How It Works

There are two ways to get access to our Nurse Practitioner: pay-as-you-go or our annual health plan membership.

All new patients will need to have an assessment with our Nurse Practitioner as part of their enrollment. Any service that you require after your enrolment will have a specific fee. This method is ideal for anyone who does not have the need for any medical monitoring or ongoing health concerns. This method also expedites the waiting time to receive certain services. For example, if a patient sees one of our chiropractors or physiotherapists and there is a need for an MRI. Rather than instructing you to find a physician to receive a requisition, you can see our Nurse Practitioner and receive the requisition almost immediately to expedite your access to the right care.

This is an annual membership with different options of care and cost, designed to meet your medical needs. Membership includes an annual health assessment and a predetermined number of consultations for that year. There are also additional benefits to becoming a member:

  • Discounted rate for additional appointments (if needed)
  • Discounted rate for a variety of services
  • Discounted rate for our supplements catalog
  • Limited enrollment to ensure high quality service

This plan is ideal for you if you have any ongoing medical conditions that may require more frequent visits. If you typically require more than 3 medical visits per year, you would benefit from becoming a member.

This may be the best option for someone requiring medical monitoring and/or frequent appointments. Membership includes an annual physical examination and the option for bi-weekly follow-up visits
